Quick Chicken & Garlic Broccoli Pasta
I just made this yesterday when I got off work… I ain’t have much in the icebox because I need to go make groceries lol. But girl, it still came out so good! Here’s what I used and how you can make it too.
What You’ll Need:
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Tony’s Cajun Seasoning
- ½ cup Butter
- Pasta Noodles (whatever kind you like)
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Parmesan Cheese (or whatever cheese you love)
- Chicken Breast
- Skillet Pan (this pot bundle is perfect if you need new cookware!)
- Sauce Pan to boil pasta (like this pot with built-in strainer)
How to Make It:
- Wash and season your chicken real good. (If you can’t smell the season, you might want to add a lil more lol.)
- Put your water on to boil — don’t forget to add salt!
- Heat some olive oil in your skillet and place the chicken in, cooking it until the internal temp hits 165°F (about 5–6 minutes per side, juices should run clear).
- Remove chicken and let it rest.
- In the same pan, melt your butter, then add in the minced garlic and broccoli. Season it with the same love you gave the chicken.
- Once the pasta is cooked, toss it into the butter/garlic/broccoli mix.
- Slice your rested chicken and throw it on top.
- Plate it up and sprinkle with Parmesan or whatever cheese you love!
Girl, when I tell you this meal is so clutch after a long day… Listen, you’re gonna want seconds! Let me know in the comments when you try it. 💖
