Quick Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

Quick Chicken & Garlic Broccoli Pasta

I just made this yesterday when I got off work… I ain’t have much in the icebox because I need to go make groceries lol. But girl, it still came out so good! Here’s what I used and how you can make it too.

What You’ll Need:

How to Make It:

  1. Wash and season your chicken real good. (If you can’t smell the season, you might want to add a lil more lol.)
  2. Put your water on to boil — don’t forget to add salt!
  3. Heat some olive oil in your skillet and place the chicken in, cooking it until the internal temp hits 165°F (about 5–6 minutes per side, juices should run clear).
  4. Remove chicken and let it rest.
  5. In the same pan, melt your butter, then add in the minced garlic and broccoli. Season it with the same love you gave the chicken.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, toss it into the butter/garlic/broccoli mix.
  7. Slice your rested chicken and throw it on top.
  8. Plate it up and sprinkle with Parmesan or whatever cheese you love!

Girl, when I tell you this meal is so clutch after a long day… Listen, you’re gonna want seconds! Let me know in the comments when you try it. 💖
